Heating, Cooling, and Electrical Maintenance
Peace of Mind For Your Home
Your Charleston Cares Club qualifies you for THREE on-site visits to your home each year. We will service your heating and cooling systems twice, provide a safety check of your home’s electrical system and maintain your generator if applicable. If you need us for other visits during the year, your membership moves you to the front of the line and you never pay an overtime charge.
To keep your system in peak condition, your maintenance visits must be scheduled and completed annually. We will contact you with a friendly reminder, but ultimately it is your responsibility to schedule this service. Annual maintenance ensures we can keep your system running smoothly and efficiently.
Unused maintenance visits do not roll over, so we encourage you to book early to secure your preferred date and time.
