Our air conditioning shut off and the thermostats went offline. It was 5:30 p.m. Called the company I have a service contract with and waited two hours and no call back. I called Charleston Electric and within 5 minutes I had a message saying a tech had been contacted and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Stew arrived, identified the problem, and had the system fixed in less than an hour. I’m now adding an HVAC service contract.
