Other than the fact that Sam was sent out without one of the 12" light bars and the wrong 30" bar, which had been ordered incorrectly, Sam, himself, was wonderful and very apologetic for the mixup by the office. Dylan was fantastic! He arrived at the very beginning of the time window that had been scheduled. He was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, very helpful, and explained everything in ways that were easy to understand. I had a hanging light in the kitchen (installed by another company over a decade ago) that recently started tripping the circuit breaker every time I tried to turn it on. Dylan diagnosed the problem, and confirmed my suspicion that the weight of the light was hanging by the electrical cord and not by the chain (i.e., cord was tight and chain was loose), and gravity over time caused the stretching/malfunction of the cord. He removed the old light and correctly installed a new light (I purchased before he arrived). Charleston Electric and Dylan were great, and I will have him back for a couple of projects in the near future. Thanks Dylan!
