Had a really excellent experience with Kenny and John who recently came out to install a system in my garage for EV charging. They took the time to explain in advance, and later walked me through the work they had completed, while answering all my questions. Real pros. They left the space cleaner than the way they found it. Work was quick. Just a great experience and having collected several different quotes, theirs was very fairly priced.

Our 20-year-old, bandaided air conditioner finally decided enough was enough. We reached out to Charleston Electric & Air. From the first phone call to Heather in the office until our new system was installed by Chase and his assistant (sorry I forgot his name), we received nothing short of the most professional customer service I have ever seen. Heather helped us with all of our finance questions to the point we never once felt we were losing an arm or leg. The workmanship of our installers was at the caliber of, dare I say, artwork. Our house and yard were left spotless. They installed a new pad and leveled the ground. They even vacuumed the upstairs by the attic and down the stairs. Our air conditioning shut off and the thermostats went offline. It was 5:30 p.m. Called the company I have a service contract with and waited two hours and no call back. I called Charleston Electric and within 5 minutes I had a message saying a tech had been contacted and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Stew arrived, identified the problem, and had the system fixed in less than an hour. I’m now adding an HVAC service contract.
