The person who performed the maintenance on the generator at our house at 517 Hidden Blvd., Joe Boyd, was Donnie B. He was exceptional. Arrived on time, very professional and friendly. Although I did not watch him perform all the work, I know when someone has good technical abilities and skills—he does. I was an engineering manager in an industrial plant for many years and supervised technicians like him. The best thing about him were his people skills. Hard to train someone to have people skills. Charleston Electric is a great company. They have a great process for keeping track of maintenance, and their follow-up is excellent. They actually talk to you on the phone also. I would definitely recommend them for any of your electrical work, whether it would be a generator install and maintenance, or anything else.
