They came out right away
I had an electrical fire from a surge across the street power line. It was very scary! The appliances blew up and all our surge protectors melted down. The house was smoky and hot! I immediately called Charleston Electric, and they sent someone right out. He measured the voltage, called the power company, and waited for the outdoor repair. Then he stayed all afternoon to test out each room for damaged pieces. It was well worth the money. This could happen to anyone and they came out right away. They also knew how to get the power company immediately, which the average person would be put on hold. Highly recommend.
