Kyle was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.
While he could have done a simple reset on the Generac generator to reset the fault, Charleston Electric had him run the full diagnostics to ensure the issue was resolved and didn’t repeat. He also load-tested the generator with the HVAC.

Generator first annual inspection. Technician answered all my questions and appeared to my layman eyes to do a thorough job. He even had to go back to the shop to get a replacement cast aluminum cover because the original had cracked. He was back in no time. All in all I was satisfied with the service. I haven’t received my invoice as of this message.
